We offer professional label design and layout. If we are provided with the proper artwork and digital files then we can create the label you desire within 4-5 business days for a on line proof. If we do not have the required files then label creation time may be longer.

LABEL SIZES
If you are creating your own artwork, please check with us on your label size and we will be happy to send you a label template.

LABEL LAYOUT
All labels must have by law a copy-free area on the label for source information. If label is a full bleed, allow at least .125" bleed on all four sides of the label. Source information can be sent along with label template so that it can be incorporated into your layout at time of design, or added once your file has been submitted.If you are preparing your own art, please check with us on your label template size before you create your artwork as label template sizes vary based on your case quantity ordered, pack size selected and shipping location.

DIGITAL FILES
Please prepare your art as vector (line art) when possible. The preferred artwork is EPS or Adobe Illustrator files. PDF, TIFF and JPEG files may also be used. For the best quality please send at least a 300 DPI or greater resolution.

SUBMITTING DIGITAL ARTWORK BY EMAIL
Once your digital artwork is ready to go, simply email it to artwork@aquatise.com, please make sure you include all of the following information in the text of your email:
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Telephone Number
- E-mail Address
- Purchase Order Number
- Credit card number & type (Visa, MC, etc.) and expiration date
- Number of Files Sent
- Name(s) of File(s) Sent
- Type(s) of File(s) Sent
(.cdr, .eps, .ai, .sit, etc.)
- Are the Files Compressed (zipped)?
If so, using what compression program?
- Graphics software used to create the original artwork
- Number of colors on the label

CAMERA-READY ARTWORK
Camera-ready artwork is defined as professionally produced black, clean edge copy suitable for scanning. If your artwork meets this criteria, please mail it directly to artwork@aquatise.com along with the information outlined above.

ART CHARGES
There is a one time set up fee of $75.00. This set up fee includes label design, proof with 2 revisions, full color labels, water proof labels.
If the digital artwork needed is not available or art design is required then there may be additional fees that apply per hour. Please e-mail info@aquatise.com or your representative if you have any questions.
